Today we sightread Stravinsky's firebird (well, one and half movements at least), beethovan's 3rd (the first movement) - hellishly long though! Academic Overture - I decided if we play that one for the concert i'm TOTALLY doing bassoon on that one - there's an awesome duet for the bassoons in that one.
